Staff of Material and Methods Division Cadre Development

SPARTA HMIF ITB is a membership induction process designed to introduce, prepare, and select prospective members before they officially join the HMIF ITB student association.

As members of the Content and Methods division, my colleagues and I were responsible for designing the methods, events, and educational materials, as well as defining the essential qualities required for participants to become association members. Our duties included structuring the entire orientation and development program, evaluating participants, and overseeing the execution of the process.
